Gina K Stamps

Today I am headed out to play a bit. Kids, DH and I are going to Ridemakerz in the Mall of America. We are then going on some of the rides in the Nickelodeon Theme Park...After wish a necessary stop to IKEA. Wish me Luck!
As a part of the CPS team I had the opportunity to play with this great set of stamps by Gina K.
The first card uses American crafts papers, I pleated the 'ribbon from paper' a tag from Jenni Bowlin. I also stamped on the vellum creating a more 3-d look layering the vellum over the card stock stamped images. Of course I am also a bit in love with my new continuous border punch, threading water, from Fiskars.
The second card uses a bit of Crate paper, Printable cotton, Colorbox ink, COPIC markers-num. The buttons are the clear and white package from buttons galore. It is a great package of buttons, because you can color to match anything you are creating with the Copics. I again Punched the cotton with my punch. Was not sure if it would work...but it did! I then stamped on my twill and tied in a knot. When I distressed the card base, I used a cotton ball. It gave a more defined brush stroke...and I liked that for this.
Random question... What is you favorite color? can you narrow it down??? I know I can't.
