May Flowers...

April Showers bring May flowers and boy do they ever!

I pulled out the camera today to capture a few picturs of these beauties and thought I should update my header! Anyone else tired of looking at my feet :) I know I am.

I so love tulips....Definitly one of my favorite flowers!

I also love to plant and have various planter everywhere in my yard. I will try and post a few of these over the next week. Here is the first... a metal woven lunch box...by adding Moss to an open metal structure you can turn almost anything into a home for flowers....

I did do some paper creating but all 6 items were picked up so I will try to get something else done this week to share....
If you happen to be leaving town early for Memorial Day Holiday weekend...Have a great time and see you next week.

Rainbow of Hope and Happiness

Yesterday at the boys Cub Scout campout we had 60 MPH straightline winds come barreling though the campground after our hike, a few scared kids, a few tears, a couple ripped up tents and a bit of choas and then PEACE. This beautiful rainbow appeared and all was still.

This Rainbow was so amazing.... I love how they can fill you with hope and Happiness just at the sight of them. The past couple of years have been difficult ones, for those of you that know me you understand, I want to be at peace with life. Try to take each day as it comes and I am hoping this Rainbow is the start of something good. A fresh start.

I have been going 'old school' with some techniques and have lots to share. Be back tomorrow.
